Dead Silence at the BT Blogs…

I find it awfully ironic how some of the writers over there found it necessary to belittle those who choose to stay anonymous while commenting on their biblicalthought (BT) blog in the past with funny little sound effects, yet it is they who are now silent in regards to the current "Morey conspiracy" (as it never happened).

It is they who are now silent and NOT ALLOWED to say or write anything to defend their precious sacred cow, lest they be placed on church discipline or given over to Satan on some trumped up, bogus charges (as has been done in times past).

Just remember guys, if you close your eyes real tight and tap your shoes together 3 times and repeat the phrase, "There's no biblical scholar like Dr. Bob", "There's no biblical scholar like Dr. Bob", "There's no biblical scholar like Dr. Bob", then ::POOF:: all shall be as nothing ever happened!

This one’s for you fellows, for all the deleting and hiding you now find yourselves partaking in; I resurrected this one just for you…

did morey issue an edict of some kind saying something to this effect? have been out of loop and hadn't heard anything so was just wondering what's causing their silence over there?

hope stupid sheep is not a moreyite idolater who believes the mantra lie that "you can't get this knowledge anywhere else but from mr. morey's fcc?" we all fell for that brainwashing deception once. SS curiously didn't say what the post topic was at BT.

I am not a moreyite idolater, not even a moreyite, and i definitely don't believe that you can only get knowledge from FCC, whatever "this knowledge" may be. As far as i can remember, i never fell for that brainwashing. Heck, i didn't like Dr. Bob the first time i went and i'm not sure what made me go a second and third time, but i'm glad i did. I didn't think i needed to state the latest post topic at BT. Even if you are banned from commenting, i'm sure you can still read. It's a Francis Schaffer video.

First off thanks for commenting here Becky and x-fcc...

Actually Becky I was not referring to BT blog topics in general, I am well aware they have been blogging since OC Weekly's Gustavo Arellano dropped his recent bombshell. Not to mention the release of Joel’s resignation letter to boot. No, what I was referring too were the blog topics such as "The Gates of Hell," and "The Need for Biblical Warrant" that have since been deleted as though they never existed.

Why do suppose they were deleted Becky? Do Robert Morey and the rest of his minions have something to hide? Do they really think that by not addressing the recent issues, such as Morey’s slanderous rants toward, Tom, Joel and Clark, that all of this will just go away?

Becky, despite what you may think, the fact remains the BT Blogs have been silenced and censored from speaking or commenting on anything that paints Mr. Morey in any type of dark light.

x-fcc check out Joel's blog for more info on morey's banning edicts...

Maybe they saw the error in posting such things but don't want to admit it. Maybe they find it easier to not address the issue. I'm not condoning those actions, but at the same time, I don't see what is so bad with it. First people complain about the post, then they complain when it is taken down.

You can't blame BT for wanting to move on and post on more worthwhile issues.

You know what this kinda resembles Becky? It reminds me of the Reverend Wright/Obama issue. Obama has tried so hard to make that issue disappear, yet it has not. The reason it has not gone away as the talking Heads have suggested, is because its about character. Americans are naturally intrigued with a man's Character. Can I trust so and so?

I think the deletion of BT's blogs reflects deeply into the character flaws of one Robert A. Morey. I believe he deeply wants this issue to disappear before anything more goes south.

Now that's really not fair Becky, Tom, nor Clark or Joel asked to be slandered upon in the first place on those blogs (not to mention how they were publicly called anti-Christs). Then when they as well as others try to defend themselves, they get booted and censored altogether.

Becky, I think you need to take a step back and really focus in on the seriousness of this issue and who it is you are coming to the defense of.

I don't follow politics.

It seems to me like a mild form of a retraction. What is is wrong with not wanting things to go further south? How would that edify anyone? It looks like they are trying to move on to the glory of God. There really is no point in carrying on this issue. It's good to let it die.

re·trac·tion –noun

A retraction is a public statement, either in print, or by verbal statement that is made to correct a previously made statement that was incorrect, invalid, or in error. The intent of a public retraction is to correct any incorrect information.

The term retraction carries stronger connotation than the term correction. An alteration that changes the main point of the original statement is generally referred to as a retraction while an alteration that leaves the main point of a statement intact is usually referred to simply as a correction.

Since when is just a simple 'ol deletion considered on the same equal playing field as a retraction?
